The New York Post spoke with Phillips & Cohen partner Sean McKessy for its story highlighting how Wall Street could end up losing even if it wins in Digital Realty Trust v Somers, which will be heard in the Supreme Court next week.
“Your employees are going to decide to not tell you [about wrongdoings],” warns Sean McKessy, a partner at Phillips & Cohen, and former chief of the SEC’s Whistleblower Office. “Once the SEC’s been informed, there’s no way to put the genie back in the bottle.”
