“U.S. Supreme Court to look at who should get whistleblower protections in corporate America”

Phillips & Cohen partner Sean McKessy, the founding chief of the SEC Whistleblower Program, along with Cato Institute’s Ilya Shapiro, spoke on NPR-affiliate KPCC’s AirTalk examining today’s Supreme Court hearing in Digital Realty Trust v Somers. The case looks at whether whistleblowers who report only internally and not to the SEC are protected by Dodd-Frank’s anti-retaliation provision.
