WASHINGTON, DC – Phillips & Cohen LLP is pleased to announce that four former law fellows and two former summer associates have accepted judicial clerkships:
- Max Carter-Oberstone, a former summer associate and a third-year student at Stanford Law School, has accepted a judicial clerkship with Judge Susan Illston of the Northern District of California beginning in the fall of 2014.
- Julie Figueira, a former law fellow and graduate of Harvard Law School, has started a judicial clerkship with Judge Patrick L. Woodward on the Maryland Court of Special Appeals.
- Chris Hu, a former summer associate and graduate of Stanford Law School, has started a judicial clerkship with Judge Kim Wardlaw of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and has accepted a judicial clerkship with Justice Goodwin Liu of the California Supreme Court beginning in the fall of 2014.
- Melinda Koster, a former law fellow and a graduate of Stanford Law School, has started a judicial clerkship with Judge Julio M. Fuentes of the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and has accepted a judicial clerkship with Judge Esther Salas of the District of New Jersey beginning in the fall of 2014.
