Travis Mintier, a staff attorney with Phillips & Cohen, works on whistleblower cases involving the False Claims Act and financial frauds before the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission and assists with the development of potential new whistleblower cases.
Prior to joining Phillips & Cohen, Mr. Mintier served as a Law Clerk at the Department of Justice for four years. While there, he worked on a variety of complex civil and criminal investigations.
In law school, Mr. Mintier worked as a legal intern at the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office and the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court Clerk’s Office.
Mr. Mintier received his law degree from New England Law Boston.
