“Linde agrees to $22.8m settlement of whistleblower lawsuit”

Phillips & Cohen partner Steve Hasegawa frames the significance of Linde GmbH’s $22.8 million settlement of the firm’s qui tam lawsuit alleging customs fraud in a story by gasworld.
