After Phillips & Cohen filed its lawsuit against eClinicalWorks in 2015 and the government launched an investigation, the company sent out a series of advisories to customers. Here are links to some notices that were sent out:

The government listed the following issues and related eClinicalWorks’ advisories in the complaint against eClinicalWorks when it joined the whistleblower lawsuit against the company:
- “In certain scenarios, displaying incorrect information relating to labs and diagnostic imaging orders.” (eClinicalWorks Advisory on Patient Safety, November 4, 2016)
- “In certain scenarios, issuing incorrect NDC codes for prescriptions. ‘Incorrect mapping may lead to the incorrect drug, drug strength, or drug form being dispensed at the pharmacy.'” (eClinicalWorks Advisory on Patient Safety, March 11, 2016, p. 6)
